An 1890’s landmark home in Wicker Park is re-born into the 21st century. The interior of this dated four-flat was taken down to the exterior brick, raised up to accommodate a lower living space and re-engineered to create a contemporary open space while preserving its 19th century frontal facade. The back view shows off its new open spirit.
